- • As a Staff Product Manager for Internal AI Solutions at Crusoe Energy Systems, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for internal AI software products that transform how the business operates, directly supporting the company’s mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through vertically integrated AI infrastructure.
- • You will lead discovery with cross-functional business stakeholders using interviews, workflow observation, and jobs-to-be-done analysis; define and measure success metrics; own the end-to-end operating model from prototype to platform-scale solution; write PRDs and strategy docs; and build working prototypes using AI development tools to validate ideas and partner closely with internal engineering teams.
- • Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building from electrons to tokens, solving the power bottleneck for AI compute with an energy-first approach, and operates at the forefront of the AI industrial revolution with teams spanning energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a company-changing impact by shaping how internal AI software is built and deployed, leading executives and VPs as peers, influencing without authority, and growing your expertise in product rigor, technical depth, and AI-powered prototyping at speed.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of software product management experience, including time at Staff / Principal / Lead IC level
- • Proven product craft across the full cycle: discovery methods, roadmap prioritization frameworks, defining and measuring product outcomes, PRD-grade writing, post-launch iteration
- • Hands-on engineering ability with AI coding assistants and agent frameworks to ship a working prototype end-to-end
- • Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional work with senior executives as peers, influencing without authority
- • Excellent written communication: leading through artifacts like PRDs, strategy docs, and decision memos that drive executive decisions
