Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Lead the end-to-end redesign of the professional onboarding journey, from registration and identity verification to credential collection and first-shift readiness, ensuring a seamless experience for healthcare professionals ranging from CNAs to RNs and surgical techs.
- • Drive measurable improvements in onboarding conversion rates by eliminating manual, high-friction steps and replacing them with AI-native workflows and agentic solutions that automate credential verification and compliance checks.
- • Serve as the primary product owner and most demanding consumer of the internal credentialing rules engine, translating complex regulatory and facility-specific requirements into clear, scalable product specifications that reduce time-to-first-shift without compromising compliance.
- • Architect a modular, flexible onboarding foundation that adapts to varying levels of credential complexity across healthcare roles, avoiding bespoke builds and enabling reuse across diverse professional profiles and geographic jurisdictions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, credentialing teams, and peer product managers to align on priorities, remove delivery bottlenecks, and ensure product decisions are grounded in real-world operational constraints and user needs.
- • Use data to connect onboarding throughput metrics—such as time-to-completion, drop-off points, and approval rates—to core business outcomes including supply liquidity, facility fill rates, and platform retention.
- • Own the product roadmap for onboarding and activation, balancing short-term conversion goals with long-term scalability, regulatory adaptability, and user trust in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
- • Act as the bridge between internal credentialing experts and product delivery teams, ensuring domain knowledge is accurately embedded into product design without replicating or over-engineering existing processes.
- • Champion a user-centric approach that builds confidence and clarity for healthcare professionals navigating complex onboarding requirements, reducing anxiety and increasing completion rates through intuitive design and transparent communication.
- • Work asynchronously across U.S. time zones, partnering with remote engineering and operations teams to deliver high-impact product outcomes without reliance on synchronous coordination.
- • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize the onboarding funnel using quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback from professionals, facilities, and credentialing staff to inform product decisions.
- • Maintain strict adherence to healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, state licensing boards) while innovating on user experience, ensuring all product changes are audit-ready and legally defensible.
- • Define success metrics for onboarding initiatives and establish reporting cadences to communicate progress to leadership, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.
- • Advocate for product investments that reduce administrative burden on healthcare professionals, directly contributing to workforce re-engagement and platform growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7-9 years in product management, with at least 3 years on marketplace or platform products with supply-side onboarding complexity.
- • Demonstrated success improving funnel conversion in credentialing-heavy, regulated, or compliance-driven environments.
- • Real-world experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated intelligence within production workflows.
- • Strong data instincts and the ability to connect onboarding throughput directly to business outcomes like supply liquidity and fill rate.
- • Proven ability to lead and deliver across ownership boundaries, working seamlessly with engineering, compliance, and peer product teams.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Inclusive and collaborative work environment where all voices are valued.
- • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage that begins on your first day.
- • Generous PTO and company-paid holidays, including flexible floating holidays.
- • 100% 401(k) employer match up to 6%.
- • Paid parental leave.
- • Wellness support, including access to mental health resources.
