  • • Lead the end-to-end redesign of the professional onboarding experience for healthcare workers on ShiftKey’s marketplace, from registration and identity verification to credential collection and first-shift readiness.
  • • Drive initiatives to accelerate time-to-productivity for professionals, focusing on reducing friction in compliance-heavy, regulated onboarding workflows.
  • • Architect a flexible, modular onboarding system that adapts to varying credential complexity across roles—from CNAs to RNs and surgical techs—without relying on bespoke builds for each profession.
  • • Serve as the primary consumer and specifier of the internal credentialing rules engine, ensuring onboarding workflows align precisely with compliance requirements and deliver a clear, confidence-building user experience.
  • • Integrate AI-native workflows and agentic solutions to automate manual, high-friction steps in credential verification, document submission, and compliance validation.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering delivery partners, compliance teams, and peer product managers to define product non-negotiables while leveraging external teams for execution.
  • • Use data to measure and improve onboarding funnel conversion rates, directly linking throughput improvements to business outcomes such as supply liquidity and facility fill rates.
  • • Act as the voice of the supply-side user, advocating for streamlined, intuitive experiences that respect the time constraints and diverse backgrounds of healthcare professionals.
  • • Translate complex regulatory and credentialing requirements into actionable product specifications that balance compliance, speed, and usability.
  • • Own the product roadmap for onboarding, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with company goals to scale the platform across diverse care settings.
  • • Work asynchronously across U.S. time zones, partnering with distributed teams in engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • • Maintain deep awareness of industry-specific credentialing standards and evolving healthcare workforce dynamics to inform product decisions.
  • • Ensure all onboarding features uphold ShiftKey’s commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and equitable access for professionals of all backgrounds and experience levels.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7-9 years in product management, with at least 3 years on marketplace or platform products with supply-side onboarding complexity.
  • • Demonstrated success improving funnel conversion in credentialing-heavy, regulated, or compliance-driven environments.
  • • Real-world experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated intelligence within production workflows.
  • • Strong data instincts and the ability to connect onboarding throughput directly to business outcomes like supply liquidity and fill rate.
  • • Proven ability to lead and deliver across ownership boundaries, working seamlessly with engineering, compliance, and peer product teams.
