📋 Description

• The Staff Quality Assurance Analyst ensures the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions delivered to clients by designing, executing, and automating test cases for new implementations, upgrades, and production support enhancements.
• Day to day, the role involves designing and executing test cases across functional, regression, and integration testing; analyzing requirements; developing reusable test artifacts; conducting root cause analysis on defects; collaborating with cross-functional teams including Payment Accuracy Advisors and Business Analysts; leading QA strategy improvements; and ensuring seamless PTO coverage through documentation and knowledge sharing.
• As a key member of the QA department within the Customer Success organization at Lyric (formerly ClaimsXten), the role operates in a mission-driven healthcare technology company focused on preventing inaccurate payments and reducing waste in healthcare through AI-powered pre-pay editing solutions, recognized as 2025 Best in KLAS for Pre-Payment Accuracy and Integrity.
• The person can learn and achieve deep expertise in healthcare IT and claims adjudication systems, lead QA process improvements and automation initiatives, develop consultative relationships with customer stakeholders, and grow into a trusted advisor who influences both internal quality practices and client outcomes through strategic test design and issue resolution.
