📋 Description
- • As a Staff Quality Control (QC) Engineer at Crusoe Energy Systems LLC, you will play a critical technical role in ensuring the integrity, performance, and reliability of mission-critical data center infrastructure, directly supporting the company’s mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through vertically integrated AI infrastructure.
- • You will execute and support site-level QA/QC programs for large-scale data center construction, perform field inspections across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning scopes, validate installations against drawings and specifications, manage deficiencies and non-conformance reports, and support commissioning readiness and turnover documentation.
- • You will join a team building the future of AI infrastructure from the ground up, working at the intersection of construction, MEP systems, engineering, and commissioning in a fast-paced, field-driven environment alongside experts in energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in construction quality systems, gain hands-on experience with mission-critical data center commissioning and turnover, develop leadership in quality enforcement and stakeholder coordination, and contribute to reducing rework and improving long-term reliability of AI infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in construction QA/QC, quality engineering, field engineering, commissioning support, or related construction roles
- • Strong understanding of MEP systems, including electrical distribution, mechanical/cooling systems, and controls
- • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, test reports, and technical documentation
