- • Partner directly with a VP of Sales, sales management, and frontline teams to manage core operating rhythms including forecasting, performance tracking, and accuracy of territory management, process enhancements, and Salesforce data integrity.
- • Turn complex sales and revenue data into actionable insights by developing performance diagnostics and identifying trends in pipeline health, team productivity, and revenue efficiency.
- • Collaborate with Strategy & Insights to analyze key revenue metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), market penetration, and forecast accuracy, applying governance frameworks to ensure data reliability and pipeline integrity.
- • Lead and support annual and long-range strategic planning initiatives including market segmentation design, quota allocation, capacity modeling, territory carving, and process redesigns to align sales operations with company growth objectives.
- • Drive process and operating model improvements that increase scalability, maturity, and efficiency across revenue functions, reducing friction and enhancing team productivity.
- • Champion change initiatives including the design and rollout of SPIFF incentive programs, AI-powered workflow pilots, system enhancements, and strategic analyses to optimize sales performance.
- • Work closely with Global Enablement and Revenue Process teams to translate revenue strategies into executable workflows, tools, and training programs that standardize the "Procore Way" across sales motions.
- • Support onboarding, adoption, and continuous refinement of sales processes to improve team alignment, reduce ramp time, and drive consistent execution of go-to-market strategies.
- • Utilize leading indicators such as pipeline velocity, churn rates, headcount efficiency, and revenue mix to advise sales leaders on performance gaps and growth opportunities.
- • Communicate data-driven narratives clearly and confidently to sales leaders, finance teams, and field organizations, translating complex analytics into strategic recommendations.
- • Maintain proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), and leverage AI tools to automate reporting, enhance data accuracy, and streamline operational workflows.
- • Ensure seamless integration and accurate data flow across GTM systems including Salesforce, Tableau, territory modeling platforms, and lead routing tools.
- • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of revenue operations by identifying systemic inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions that support Procore’s high-growth trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a large-scale technology company; enterprise software experience preferred
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus
- • Proven experience leading annual planning cycles including GTM design, headcount and quota setting, scenario planning, territory carving, and system dependency management
- • Proficient in Go-to-Market (GTM) systems including Salesforce, Tableau, territory modeling tools, and lead routing platforms
- • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using leading indicators (pipeline, churn, headcount, revenue mix) to drive revenue efficiency
- • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Suite, and experienced in using AI to enhance operational workflows

- • Base pay range of $114,400 - $157,300 USD annual
