📋 Description

• As a Staff Search Engineer, you’ll help lead the design and ongoing evolution of CreatorIQ’s real-time search platform — the core system that enables creator discovery across 30M profiles and billions of posts.
• You’ll architect and maintain Elasticsearch clusters, develop high-performance APIs in Go, and ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, and responsive at large scale.
• CreatorIQ is the operating system for creator-led growth trusted by more than 1,300 global brands and agencies, operating with values of intentionality, excellence, collaboration, and being a good human, recognized as a best place to work and a leader in influencer marketing platforms.
• You will contribute to architecture decisions, offer technical guidance to engineers, and foster a culture of ownership while building a fast, dependable, and impactful search experience for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of software development experience with a strong background in computer science
• 3+ years of recent ElasticSearch experience or similar
• In-depth knowledge of ElasticSearch and familiarity with AWS infrastructure
• Proven experience in Golang development or a strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Solid foundation in computing theory, including OOP principles, database theory (RDBMS, NoSQL), and network interactions
• Experience with REST API development, web application frameworks, testing frameworks, and version control systems (GIT)
