📋 Description

• • As a Staff Software Developer on BECU’s AI Innovation & Strategy team, you will lead the technical direction of new AI products designed to empower staff with faster, more accurate, and more confident support for members, shaping architecture and guiding a small, agile team with startup-style roots.
• • Day to day, you will design and develop scalable, cloud-agnostic systems using Python, AWS, LLMs, and retrieval-based architectures; own AI product development; advance AI foundations; collaborate across business units; drive agile delivery via daily stand-ups and two-week sprints; mentor senior engineers; champion innovation; ensure quality and security; promote technical excellence through code reviews and CI/CD improvements; and represent BECU expertise internally and externally.
