- • We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help us tackle the next stage of growth. A hands-on engineering leader with strong technical depth, the ability to move across technologies, and experience taking products from 0→1 and scaling them from 1→100.
- • You'll work directly with the CTO and own the most complex technical challenges in the company. You can go from architecture discussions in the morning to shipping code in the afternoon and build scalable and reliable systems, and raise the bar across the engineering team.
- • Every stage of growth creates new constraints to solve. If you're motivated by complexity, ownership and speed, you'll likely enjoy this role.
- • We're looking for someone with a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.
- • You should have proven experience building and launching entirely new products.
- • You should be able to create engineering systems that allow us to move faster and scale without increasing complexity.
- • You should have hands-on experience improving app performance and reliability across millions of users.
- • You should be capable of solving the most complex technical challenges in our systems.
- • You should have experience migrating critical infrastructure and redesigning core platform services.
- • You should have experience with a range of different technologies.
- • You should have an eye for detail and a product-first mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- • You should be self-driven, entrepreneurial, and able to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
- • You should be comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.
- • You should have a good level of spoken and written English.
- • You should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing.
