• • As a Staff Software Engineer at vCluster Labs, you will operate as a specialized technical leader working directly with the CTO to explore new frontiers in technology, bridging rapid prototyping, architectural research, and product evolution to shape the future of the Kubernetes virtualization platform.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include rapid prototyping and innovation by identifying product opportunities, researching solutions, and building prototypes to validate feasibility; taking ownership of strategic technical leadership through managing complex projects, writing technical abstracts, and guiding the engineering team; collaborating directly with the CTO to solve high-level problems and ideate on new product capabilities; developing deep system mastery while integrating new technologies efficiently; and engaging occasionally with customers to understand deep technical needs and translate them into engineering solutions.
