• • As a Staff Software Engineer on the Platform team at Found Inc., you will play a critical role in building and scaling the technical foundation that powers tools for self-employed individuals, enabling them to manage taxes, accounting, and business banking with ease.
• • Day to day, you will architect future versions of key systems such as databases and distributed jobs, design developer tooling for safer and reproducible deployments, drive excellence in observability and monitoring, guide incident response, collaborate across engineering teams to maintain technical quality, and mentor engineers on building reliable, fault-tolerant systems.
