• • As a Staff Software Engineer on the Reinforcement Learning Environments (RLE) team at Handshake, you will lead the architecture and evolution of the systems that define how frontier AI models learn real-world work, directly shaping how careers evolve in the AI economy at global scale.
• • You will define and drive architecture for scalable RLE systems and data pipelines, lead development of platform capabilities for rapid domain creation, partner with Research, Product, and Ops to shape strategy, set standards for reliability and performance, mentor engineers, and identify and solve systemic bottlenecks in scaling environments and data generation.
