📋 Description

• • As a Staff Solution Engineer at Kong Inc., you will play a critical role in driving enterprise sales by aligning with Account Executives to lead technical sales cycles for strategic accounts in the Benelux region, helping customers understand the value of Kong’s API Management and Connectivity solutions.
• • Day to day, you will support field sales through discovery, requirement gathering, product demos, and proof-of-concepts; onboard and train customers; coordinate with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure satisfaction; and create technical documentation for implementations and services engagements.
• • Kong is a leader in API and AI connectivity technologies, powering the agentic era with its Kong Konnect platform, trusted by Fortune 500 companies and startups to secure, manage, accelerate, govern, and monetize API and AI model flows.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, API technologies, and cloud-native architectures while influencing customer success and contributing to thought leadership through webinars, blogs, and industry events.
