- • As a Staff Technical Program Manager, AI at AlphaSense, you will drive AI-first engineering excellence initiatives that improve engineering velocity and act as a force multiplier on mission-critical, large-scale AI-enabled software development efforts.
- • You will lead end-to-end program management for AI readiness and AI DLC rollout projects, integrate AI-native tools like Claude Code into engineering workflows, support modernization of CI/CD pipelines with AI-driven testing and deployment, and align technical strategy across Engineering, Security, and Product leadership to address challenges of AI-generated code and agentic autonomy.
- • AlphaSense is a trusted market intelligence platform used by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500, with a mission to remove uncertainty from decision-making through AI-powered insights from trusted public and private content. The company has over 2,000 employees globally and recently acquired Tegus to expand its AI-driven content and product capabilities.
- • In this role, you will mentor other TPMs and engineers, raise the technical bar for AI-integrated program management, solve complex problems, remove bottlenecks, and drive measurable productivity gains through AI-assisted workflows — all while contributing to the evolution of how software is built at scale with AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering leadership
- • Extensive experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) and strong understanding of LLM capabilities
- • Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native development environments
- • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technical rollouts across multiple business units
