- • Manage and support a team of recruiters, ensuring daily accountability, output quality, and professional development
- • Oversee recruitment operations from pipeline management through to placement, maintaining process integrity at every stage
- • Administer and optimize ATS workflows to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and system hygiene
- • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve team efficiency
- • Support client account management by ensuring service levels are consistently met and issues are resolved promptly
- • Track and report on team KPIs, flagging risks and driving performance improvements
- • Coordinate with internal teams to align on priorities, capacity, and hiring goals
- • Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and operational standards
- • Work within US time zones (EST–PST) to support remote collaboration with US-based clients and teams
- • Ensure all recruitment operations adhere to documented SOPs, playbooks, and operational standards
- • Utilize ATS platforms to monitor candidate pipelines, manage job postings, and generate performance reports
- • Communicate clearly in written and spoken English with recruiters, clients, and cross-functional teams
- • Maintain high standards of organization while managing competing priorities in a high-volume recruitment environment
- • Use remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana to lead distributed teams
- • Record a video as part of the mandatory application process to be considered for the role
- • Operate within a fully remote structure while maintaining alignment with US-based business operations
- • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency through data-informed operational decisions
- • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of team metrics to leadership
- • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and allocate recruiter capacity effectively
- • Uphold process integrity across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement
- • Be accountable for the performance and development of direct reports in a staffing agency environment
- • Apply prior staffing agency experience to refine and scale recruitment operations
- • Respond to client service issues promptly to maintain high retention and satisfaction levels
- • Adapt workflows based on performance data and team feedback to enhance productivity
- • Ensure all operational documentation is current, accessible, and followed by the recruitment team
- • Work exclusively within US time zones to enable real-time coordination with clients and internal teams
- • Demonstrate fluency with remote work tools and proven experience working with US or UK-based companies
- • Maintain strict adherence to application requirements, including completion of the full application form and video submission
