- • As an Account Coordinator on the starpower team at Real Chemistry, you will support influencer marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical clients, focusing on HCP and patient influencers to drive meaningful healthcare connections through pop-culture partnerships.
- • Day to day, you will facilitate campaign outreach, draft and update influencer contracts, manage feedback and approval processes, organize content for review, supervise branded content for quality control, track real-time performance, and provide administrative support including invoicing, creative briefs, product shipping, and meeting documentation.
- • You will join a dynamic, impact-obsessed team within Real Chemistry’s consumer and wellness division, working in a hybrid model from the New York office to support top pharmaceutical and biotech clients with innovative, data-informed marketing strategies.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in influencer marketing, project management, and healthcare communications while developing strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0-2 years of experience interacting with brands, agencies (PR/advertising), influencers, celebrities, agents, managers, or publicists
- • Experience working at a talent agency or directly supporting a talent agent is strongly preferred
- • Passion and curiosity for pop-culture/entertainment and interest in the pharmaceutical space (including women’s health, aesthetics, oncology, etc.)
- • Excellent organization and communication skills with phenomenal attention to detail
- • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
