- • The Site Start Up Lead APAC is responsible for leading and executing site start-up activities across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring timely activation of clinical trial sites through strategic planning, coordination, and oversight of regulatory, operational, and logistical processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing site start-up processes through activation readiness strategies, coordinating critical path planning (IRB/EC, CA/MoH, ICF customization, IMP release), collaborating with stakeholders for milestone alignment, providing oversight of tracking systems, mentoring junior staff, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for country-specific start-up queries, supporting training development, and directly supporting country or site-level activities when needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field, or Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- • 5+ years of experience in site start-up, preferably with SU Lead or Project Manager experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment.
- • 2+ years of experience in project milestone management, including resource, budget, and team coordination.
- • Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional activities and excellent communication and organizational skills.
- • Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language of the country where the position is based (Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, or China).
- • Experience using computerized information systems, electronic spreadsheets, word processing, email, and milestone tracking tools/systems.
