📋 Description

• As a Startup Community Manager - France, you will own and execute Nebius’ startup community engagement strategy across key markets, building relationships with accelerators, universities, developer communities, and founder networks to position Nebius as the preferred cloud partner for AI-native startups.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing ecosystem partnerships, designing and delivering startup engagement programs, leading high-impact events and activations, driving and nurturing the startup pipeline, creating enablement resources, measuring community success through KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and solutions architecture teams.
• Nebius is a global leader in AI cloud infrastructure, headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, with over 1,400 employees including 400+ engineers and an in-house AI R&D team, operating R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel to serve the global AI economy.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the global AI startup ecosystem, build strategic partnerships, drive measurable community growth and pipeline contribution, and gain experience influencing product and go-to-market strategies through community insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 - 5 + years of professional experience in community management, partnerships, or ecosystem development, with at least 1.5 years working in the startup ecosystem (e.g., accelerators, AI/cloud startups, developer or founder communities)
• Proven ability to build and manage partnerships within the global AI and startup ecosystem
• Experience developing and executing high-impact community programs, events, or partner initiatives
• Strong understanding of the AI/startups landscape, including developer and founder needs
• Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills, with experience influencing partners and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or developer tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Genuine passion for AI, cloud computing, and supporting startup founders
