- • Monitor and respond to real-time clinician inquiries across Slack channels to track those marked as cleared to practice (CTP) and ensure adherence to required workflows
- • Identify clinicians who have completed training and proactively follow up via Slack, text, email, and phone with those who have not completed required training
- • Regularly review and manage email communications for pending clinician questions, operational updates, and requests
- • Update the New Clinicians Google Sheet with detailed progress notes, comments, and activation status for each clinician
- • Document and escalate operational feedback, clinician feedback, and key activation milestones including first consult, program training completion, and go-live status
- • Manage and maintain the DocGo Clinician Onboarding process to SteadyMD, ensuring seamless transition and system access for new clinicians
- • Support onboarding for clinicians with partial system access by coordinating with cross-functional teams including People Department, Operations, and Leadership
- • Track and validate clinician training certifications and provide updated onboarding data and reporting to stakeholders as required
- • Follow established guidelines for clinician eligibility and scheduling permissions across platforms
- • Assign platform training (e.g., Wisp, Amazon, DoseSpot) once training updates are finalized and confirmed
- • Coordinate weekly onboarding workflows to ensure timely delivery of clinician onboarding reports and data sharing
- • Collaborate with external partners to confirm clinicians are fully prepared to begin patient care
- • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to clinician activation, training, and onboarding
- • Drive efficiency improvements in onboarding workflows by identifying bottlenecks and recommending process enhancements
- • Maintain high responsiveness to clinician inquiries and ensure timely resolution of onboarding issues
- • Achieve key success metrics including timely clinician activation, high training completion rates, and accurate reporting

- • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills
- • Experience in healthcare operations, clinician onboarding, or workforce management preferred
