- • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in-store, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
- • Assist customers with product selection, sizing, styling, and recommendations based on brand offerings and current trends in streetwear, music, and youth culture.
- • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects Complex’s brand identity and editorial aesthetic.
- • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- • Manage inventory by restocking shelves, conducting daily stock checks, and reporting discrepancies or low-stock items to management.
- • Support in-store events and product launches by setting up displays, greeting guests, and ensuring seamless operational flow.
- • Stay updated on new product arrivals, limited-edition drops, and brand collaborations to effectively communicate product stories to customers.
- • Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and promotions while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and contribute to a positive, energetic store culture.
- • Monitor store security by being vigilant for theft or suspicious activity and following established loss prevention protocols.
- • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and in-store experience insights.
- • Represent Complex Media Inc. as a brand ambassador by embodying the company’s values of authenticity, creativity, and cultural relevance.
- • Participate in scheduled training sessions on new products, sales techniques, and brand storytelling to maintain high service standards.
- • Adapt quickly to changing store layouts, seasonal merchandising, and promotional campaigns to ensure optimal customer engagement.
- • Maintain accurate records of daily sales, returns, and inventory movements as required by store operations.
- • Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings to support peak shopping periods and special events.
- • Engage with customers on social media platforms when prompted, sharing in-store experiences and promoting brand content in alignment with company guidelines.
- • Support cross-departmental initiatives by assisting with photo shoots, pop-up activations, or community outreach events as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in retail or customer service, preferably in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle retail
- • Strong knowledge of youth culture, music, streetwear, and digital media trends
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
- • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management tools
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
