  • • Serve as the trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 enterprise clients, guiding them through international expansion strategies using Velocity Global’s Global Work Platform™ to eliminate compliance risk and operational complexity.
  • • Drive revenue growth by expanding sales opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts through relationship building, strategic account planning, and leveraging partner ecosystems.
  • • Own end-to-end sales cycles for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with long sales cycles, requiring navigation of diverse decision-making structures across global organizations.
  • • Develop and execute tailored business, sales, and marketing plans for assigned territories to optimize account development and revenue performance.
  • • Map and manage client relationship networks, coordinating closely with internal teams including Solutions Specialists, Customer Success, Marketing, and Deployment resources to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with client leadership teams to align on strategic goals, educate on product capabilities, and uncover new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, positioning statements, and customized sales collateral that communicate the value of Velocity Global’s enterprise solutions.
  • • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and bookings for assigned territory with precision and transparency.
  • • Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of Velocity Global’s product offerings, competitive landscape, international employment regulations, and market trends across 185+ countries.
  • • Champion a customer success mindset in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, ensuring internal alignment across Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to drive client retention and expansion.
  • • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with senior-level stakeholders across client organizations, influencing decisions through consultative selling and demonstrable business value.
  • • Operate effectively in a fully remote, global environment, leveraging virtual collaboration tools to engage with cross-functional teams and clients across time zones.
  • • Anticipate client needs proactively, quickly assimilate complex information about international HR and employment compliance, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • • Travel up to 20% to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in internal team alignments.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets
  • • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and engage multiple stakeholders across global enterprises
  • • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with a history of closing large, strategic deals
  • • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including experience managing virtual teams and remote client interactions
  • • Proven track record in managing long sales cycles and developing comprehensive account expansion strategies
  • • Ability to rapidly learn and apply knowledge of international employment compliance, PEO services, and global workforce management
