- • Serve as the founding Strategic Account Executive to build, execute, and scale Dandy’s strategic sales channel focused on the largest dental group practices and DSOs (100–1500 locations) across the United States.
- • Conduct executive-level discovery calls to qualify leads and identify entry points into top-tier dental service organizations.
- • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles targeting C-suite and regional executives to secure master agreements, pilot programs, and large-scale rollouts.
- • Collaborate closely with an Inside AE to execute a hybrid sales approach: working top-down as the Strategic AE while the Inside AE drives bottoms-up adoption.
- • Act as a core contributor to defining and refining Dandy’s strategic sales process, including messaging, objection handling, and deal structuring.
- • Maintain meticulous tracking of all sales activities, pipeline progression, and forecast accuracy using Salesforce with a focus on exceeding revenue targets.
- • Partner directly with senior sales leadership to align on high-level KPIs, revenue goals, and GTM strategy adjustments.
- • Continuously deepen expertise in the dental industry, understanding practice operations, clinician pain points, and competitive dynamics to refine Dandy’s value proposition.
- • Function as a key stakeholder in shaping the culture and trajectory of the founding strategic sales team, influencing hiring, process design, and performance metrics.
- • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited resources, rapidly adapting to market feedback and internal priorities.
- • Demonstrate a relentless commitment to continuous improvement through rigorous sales training, feedback loops, and self-driven learning.
- • Maintain a relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and ability to thrive in high-energy, blitz-growth environments.
- • Represent Dandy with professionalism and authenticity, embodying the company’s mission to modernize the $400B dental industry through technology and world-class support.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–10+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment
- • Deep experience closing complex enterprise deals directly with C-suite stakeholders
- • Proven track record of success in SaaS sales
- • Highly skilled and organized in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
- • Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
- • Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to engage in rigorous sales training
