- • Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Zip’s AI-powered procurement platform, engaging C-level executives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, legal, and operations.
- • Drive new business acquisition by proactively prospecting and leveraging personal networks to build a robust pipeline of enterprise clients with $7B+ in annual revenue.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, diagnosing complex procurement challenges and positioning Zip as a transformational solution for cost control, efficiency, and digital transformation.
- • Solution-sell with vision by demonstrating Zip’s immediate impact while aligning with customers’ long-term enterprise technology and operational goals.
- • Navigate multi-stakeholder, long-cycle enterprise deals involving complex procurement processes, budget approvals, and cross-departmental consensus.
- • Utilize best-in-class sales tools including Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to optimize outreach, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- • Serve as an early sales leader in a hyper-growth startup, contributing to the refinement of sales strategy, process, and team culture.
- • Collaborate with BDRs and marketing teams to accelerate pipeline generation while maintaining full ownership of deal progression and closure.
- • Deliver consultative sales engagements tailored to enterprise environments, including manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and technology sectors with large-scale procurement needs.
- • Maintain a hunter mentality with self-driven initiative to identify, pursue, and close net-new logos in organizations with 10,000+ employees.
- • Communicate clearly and persuasively across all levels of enterprise organizations, translating technical capabilities into business value for non-technical decision-makers.
- • Manage multiple concurrent opportunities with precision, prioritizing pipeline health and maintaining rigorous organizational discipline in CRM and deal tracking.
- • Represent Zip as a trusted partner to Fortune 500 and global enterprises, including current clients such as T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, Mars, and Dollar Tree.
- • Contribute to shaping the future of enterprise procurement by providing feedback to product and engineering teams based on direct customer insights.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where ownership of outcomes and proactive problem-solving are critical to success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- • Experience selling to procurement, finance, legal, IT, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing teams
- • Proven success acquiring net-new logos in organizations with 10,000+ employees
- • Skilled in managing multi-stakeholder, long-cycle enterprise sales processes
- • Self-motivated and proactive with ownership mindset in a fast-paced startup environment
- • Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
