- • Strategic Account Executive (EMEA) at Optro Inc. is a high-impact sales role focused on driving revenue growth from the company’s most valuable enterprise clients—accounts with $15B+ in revenue—by owning full-cycle sales motions, expanding existing relationships, and acquiring new logo business within a named territory. This role is critical to Optro’s mission of scaling its audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform among Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations, where deep technical understanding and executive-level influence are required to align complex solutions with strategic business objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing full-cycle sales from territory planning and pipeline generation to closing deals worth $100k–$1M+ ARR; developing multi-year account and territory plans tailored to multiple business units and economic buyers; building trusted relationships with C-suite executives (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, etc.) by understanding their priorities and positioning AuditBoard’s platform as a strategic enabler; identifying customer pain points, delivering product demos via video conference or onsite, and guiding stakeholders through complex sales processes with 25%-30% travel for client meetings, partner engagements, and industry events; co-creating business cases and solutions with cross-functional teams including SDRs, Solution Engineers, Value Architects, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure adoption and expansion; and actively developing the partner ecosystem by collaborating with Big 4 accounting firms and boutique advisory partners to amplify business development efforts.

- • In this role, you will develop elite enterprise sales expertise by mastering complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals in regulated industries, refining your ability to navigate MEDDICC/MEDDPICC frameworks, and influencing product strategy through direct feedback from top-tier clients. 🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years selling enterprise/B2B SaaS solutions in a high-growth or dynamic sales environment
- • Consistent track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas above $1.3M–$1.7M ARR
- • Proven ability to manage deal sizes of $100k–$1M+ ARR and navigate complex SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and regulated industries
- • Strong executive presence and experience building trusted relationships at the C-suite level (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, etc.)
- • Skilled in MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales qualification frameworks and adept at leveraging cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Implementation) to drive expansion
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
