- • Strategic Account Manager at Sardine Inc., a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance, responsible for managing enterprise customer relationships and driving value from fraud, payments, and compliance products.
- • Own strategic relationships as the primary point of contact for large-scale enterprise accounts, addressing day-to-day needs and identifying big-picture opportunities to maximize customer ROI.
- • Drive account growth by proactively identifying expansion and upsell opportunities within major accounts to meet long-term revenue goals.
- • Lead implementation and go-live processes by coordinating with internal teams such as Implementation Engineers and Product Managers to ensure successful product launches.
- • Provide technical and fraud advisory by translating complex product issues into actionable solutions and advising clients on fraud prevention and compliance best practices.
- • Monitor fraud and performance KPIs, building and communicating critical metrics like fraud rates and system performance to support strategic client decisions.
- • Partner with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and risk analytics teams to solve emerging fraud typologies and share insights with customers.
- • Collaborate across Sardine’s global, remote-first team spanning hubs in the Bay Area, NYC, Austin, Toronto, and São Paulo, with a culture focused on performance over hours.
- • Develop expertise in fraud detection, payment systems, and compliance workflows while working with cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies.
- • Achieve measurable impact by helping financial institutions, retailers, and fintechs reduce fraud losses and improve operational resilience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in fintech or fraud prevention, with a background in account management, customer success, or solutions architecture.
- • Full professional fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person stakeholder engagements.
- • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian market, including payment processing, fraud detection typologies, and KYC/AML/Sanctions screening workflows.
- • Expert analytical skills using BI tools such as BigQuery, Metabase, and Sigma, with a requirement to leverage AI to enhance work outcomes.
- • Proven project management ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure successful API implementations and go-live milestones.
- • Understanding of client API integration patterns to provide first-level technical support and collaborate with Integrations Engineers and TAMs.
