- • Strategic Accounts Manager 4 role focused on selling Red Hat's enterprise solutions to DoW 4th Estate customers and agencies, driving revenue growth through cross-selling and account expansion.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include selling the full Red Hat portfolio (Linux, OpenShift, Ansible, professional services), advising C-level executives, managing complex sales cycles, developing solution strategies, leading account planning, and maintaining proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- • Part of Red Hat’s global Sales team, collaborating with Product Engineers, Professional Services, and Product Support to deliver premium customer experiences in a remote-first, open source-driven culture.
- • Opportunity to deepen expertise in enterprise software sales, lead technical sales teams, influence long-term customer partnerships, and contribute to Red Hat’s mission in open source innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of solutions sales experience, with 2+ years focused on selling directly to strategic enterprise customers
- • Solid understanding of open source model, AI, DevSecOps, and IT Modernization
- • Experience in consultative customer engagement with a major enterprise software company
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-level executives
- • Ability to work within a complex matrixed organization with open source community solutions
- • Proven experience leading an extended team of technical sales associates
- • Excellent track record of forecasting accuracy
- • MUST have an Active US Secret Clearance
