In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our relationships with our most valued, top-tier global brand clients, ensuring they not only achieve but exceed their business objectives through the strategic application of Sensor Tower's unparalleled data and insights.
  • • Your core mission will be to serve as a trusted advisor, building deep, collaborative partnerships with senior-level stakeholders, including VPs, Directors, and C-suite executives, within these prominent brands. You will be the primary point of contact, responsible for understanding their complex business challenges, market landscapes, and strategic priorities.
  • • You will proactively identify opportunities for our clients to leverage Sensor Tower's platform and data to drive significant business value. This involves conducting in-depth analyses of their current strategies, market positioning, and competitive environments to uncover actionable insights.
  • • Lead and execute strategic planning engagements tailored to each client's unique needs. This may include workshops, deep-dive analysis sessions, and collaborative strategy development to align Sensor Tower's solutions with their overarching business goals.
  • • Drive value realization by demonstrating the tangible impact of Sensor Tower's offerings on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user acquisition, customer retention, revenue growth, and market share.
  • • Develop and present compelling business cases, strategic recommendations, and performance reviews to senior client leadership, articulating the ROI and strategic advantage derived from our partnership.
  • • Act as a bridge between our clients and Sensor Tower's internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering. You will champion client needs, provide critical market feedback, and collaborate to ensure our product roadmap and service offerings continuously evolve to meet the dynamic demands of the mobile app economy.
  • • Proactively monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies within the mobile app space to provide forward-thinking guidance and strategic foresight to your clients.
  • • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for each client, identifying threats and opportunities that could impact their business and our partnership.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your client relationships, encouraging them to explore new use cases and maximize their utilization of Sensor Tower's capabilities.
  • • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and retention. This includes developing account plans, setting strategic objectives, and tracking progress against those objectives.
  • • Collaborate with the Sales team during the pre-sales process to understand client needs and articulate the value proposition of Sensor Tower's solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and successful onboarding.
  • • Contribute to the development of best practices, case studies, and thought leadership content that elevates Sensor Tower's reputation and supports the broader client success team.
  • • This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping global brands succeed in the competitive mobile app market.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience (5+ years) in a client-facing strategic advisory, consulting, or account management role, preferably within a B2B SaaS, technology, or data analytics environment.
  • • Demonstrated success in managing and growing relationships with large, enterprise-level clients, including experience engaging with senior executives (VP level and above).
  • • Strong understanding of the mobile app economy, including key players, market dynamics, app store optimization (ASO), mobile advertising, and user acquisition strategies.
  • • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to articulate value and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
