- • Biology AI Training Expert (UK) is a remote, part-time contract role focused on creating high-quality, deterministic biology problems to train frontier AI models in scientific reasoning, directly contributing to advancements in AI’s ability to understand and solve complex biological challenges.
- • Design advanced biology problems that challenge frontier AI systems by crafting original, multi-step tasks with exactly one verifiable correct answer, grounded in authentic scientific workflows across molecular biology, genetics, systems biology, computational biology, bioinformatics, or related quantitative biology fields.
- • Create deterministic tasks with one correct answer, ensuring each problem is rigorously designed to test logical and analytical reasoning without ambiguity, using real-world biological data and methodologies.
- • Submit complete, verified solutions for every problem, including step-by-step derivations, code (where applicable), and explanations that meet the highest standards of technical clarity and reproducibility.
- • Build problems involving experimental reasoning, biological systems modeling, computational analysis, or bioinformatics workflows, leveraging domain expertise to simulate realistic research scenarios that push AI capabilities.
- • Use Python and, when relevant, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools (e.g., Biopython, pandas, NumPy, BLAST, or structural biology software) to implement, test, and validate problem components and solutions.
- • Ensure high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity in all deliverables, adhering to strict quality benchmarks to support reliable AI training and evaluation.
- • Collaborate as part of a distributed, expert-driven team at Anyone AI Inc., contributing to a mission-driven effort to improve AI’s scientific reasoning through curated, domain-specific training data.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Biology or a closely related life sciences field
- • Research or industry experience involving computational or quantitative biological analysis
- • Strong Python skills; experience with data analysis or bioinformatics workflows preferred
