📋 Description
- • Strategic Customer Relationship AI Automation Manager at Bloomreach Inc. is a pivotal role focused on orchestrating AI-powered customer engagement across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring intelligent, personalized interactions from onboarding to renewal and support, directly contributing to customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction through autonomous AI programs.
- • The role bridges Marketing Ops, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams to design adaptive customer programs, build usage analytics tools, and unify cross-functional efforts around AI-driven insights, enabling Bloomreach to scale personalized experiences for over 1,400 global brands using its Loomi AI engine.
- • Day to day, you will partner with the AI Ops team to design and evolve autonomous customer programs — including intelligent onboarding sequences, renewal automation, support routing, and upsell recommendations — ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right time based on segment and behavior.
- • You will own the tracking and optimization of critical customer metrics such as onboarding time-to-first-value, feature adoption rates, renewal velocity, upsell pipeline conversion, and support resolution time, using data to drive retention and expansion strategies with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
- • You will develop and refine usage analytics dashboards, automation decision-making frameworks, and reporting tools that provide customers with self-service visibility into their adoption and ROI while surfacing actionable GTM insights for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to inform positioning, segmentation, and product roadmap priorities.
- • You will collaborate with Ops & Innovation, RevOps, and Product teams to integrate and orchestrate the customer tech stack — including Salesforce, Staircase, Gainsight, HubSpot, N8N, Supabase, and GPT-based tools — to build a scalable, future-ready infrastructure for AI-powered customer engagement across all segments.
- • You will continuously test and refine AI capabilities, messaging, segmentation logic, and customer programs through experimentation, turning insights into competitive advantage and ensuring Bloomreach remains at the forefront of customer experience innovation.
- • You will unify teams around AI-powered customer relationships by aligning Customer Success, Support, Account Management, Product, Sales, and Marketing on people, process, and technology, ensuring every team benefits from and contributes to the evolution of AI-driven engagement.
- • You will enable Customer Success, Support, and Account Management teams to seamlessly adopt AI into their workflows, transforming AI into a trusted partner that delivers proactive, data-driven experiences and accelerates time-to-value for customers.
- • In your first 30–60 days, you will pilot AI-driven communication programs for key customer segments, establish trust in AI as a partner for routine outreach (e.g., usage summaries, check-ins), and gather positive early feedback on personalized, timely communications that enhance customer experience.
- • By 60–120 days, you will scale the AI customer engagement foundation globally across all customer types, demonstrate measurable improvements in onboarding speed, feature adoption, and engagement metrics, and begin optimizing the program for sustained impact.
- • Within 3–6 months, you will observe early signs of higher customer satisfaction and retention as AI-powered touchpoints drive faster journeys to value and more proactive support, validating the strategic impact of your work.
- • You bring proven program/operations leadership in SaaS environments, with experience turning strategy into scalable execution across multiple customer segments.
- • You are fluent in CRM platforms like Salesforce, workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n), generative AI for content and insights, and analytics dashboards, with a track record of quickly learning and leveraging new technologies to drive automation.
- • You possess a strong data-driven mindset, routinely analyzing usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving value delivery, satisfaction, and retention.
- • You excel at change management — patient, clear, and persuasive in guiding teams to adopt new technologies and processes, fostering trust in AI-driven solutions.
- • You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, fluently speaking both business and technical languages to bridge departmental gaps and align teams around shared goals.
