📋 Description
- • As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Hiya, you will own and grow a small portfolio of the company’s most strategic Nordic customers, driving retention, adoption, and multi-million dollar growth in high-value telecom accounts.
- • You will build and execute multi-year account plans, lead end-to-end delivery of POCs and pilots, identify expansion opportunities, and serve as the central point of coordination across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support while managing risk and escalations.
