- • Strategic Customer Success Manager responsible for guiding Ashby's largest enterprise customers to improve product adoption and customer health, shaping how the company serves high-growth organizations and public companies.
- • Day-to-day activities include managing a book of ~20 strategic customers exceeding $2m in ARR, multi-threading across stakeholder groups, driving product adoption through tailored configuration and training, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
- • Ashby is building next-generation enterprise software for talent leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers, backed by Y Combinator and serving customers like Snowflake, OpenAI, and Shopify with best-in-class growth and retention metrics.
- • The role offers opportunity to become a product and domain expert, shape evolving strategic customer motion, iterate on playbooks, and develop repeatable processes while helping customers achieve hiring excellence through Ashby’s flexible platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least five years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS supporting implementation and adoption of complex technologies
- • Experience managing a book of ~20 strategic customers exceeding $2m in total ARR with multi-threading across broad stakeholder sets
- • Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- • Strong curiosity to explore technical product details and understand how things work, with experience on technically complex products
- • Precision communication skills to explain complex workflows simply and confidently, combined with active listening to advocate for customer needs internally
- • Detail-oriented mindset with pride in internal operations like real-time CRM updates and consistent follow-up
