- • Strategic Customer Success Manager for EMEA region, responsible for driving product adoption, customer health, and long-term value with Ashby’s largest and most complex enterprise customers.
- • Day-to-day activities include owning a strategic book of ~20 enterprise customers exceeding $2M in total ARR, building multi-threaded relationships, translating complex product capabilities into practical solutions, and advocating for customer needs internally to shape product evolution.
- • Ashby is building next-generation enterprise hiring software used by companies like Opendoor, Plaid, Airtable, Snyk, Benchling, and SalesLoft, backed by Y Combinator and focused on helping talent leaders run hiring processes significantly better.
- • In this role, you’ll develop deep product and domain expertise, help shape Ashby’s evolving strategic customer motion, create repeatable processes from insights, and achieve hiring excellence for customers by tailoring configurations and driving meaningful 'Ah ha!' moments.
