- • Develop and execute a strategic enterprise sales plan to drive penetration within Fortune 1000 and other large employers with 15,000+ employees.
- • Act as a trusted advisor by tailoring Tapcheck’s on-demand pay solution to client-specific needs, avoiding generic or out-of-the-box sales approaches.
- • Partner with Marketing and Product Management to refine messaging, customize solutions, and influence product roadmap priorities based on enterprise feedback.
- • Create and refine repeatable sales playbooks to scale the enterprise sales motion and ensure consistency across complex deals.
- • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry networking, and direct executive engagement with decision-makers.
- • Lead multithreaded sales cycles involving stakeholders across HR, Finance, Benefits, and C-Suite levels within large organizations.
- • Deliver compelling executive-level presentations and business cases that quantify the financial and operational impact of Tapcheck’s solution.
- • Leverage financial and analytical insights to construct persuasive, data-driven arguments that align with enterprise budgeting and workforce wellness goals.
- • Navigate complex corporate structures and stakeholder dynamics to identify key influencers and align cross-functional buy-in across departments.
- • Drive rigor and process throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring accurate forecasting, disciplined CRM hygiene, and timely deal progression.
- • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client retention and expansion.
- • Operate at an executive level, engaging C-suite leaders and influencing organizational strategy rather than focusing on transactional, day-to-day sales activities.
- • Maintain alignment with Tapcheck’s core values of humility, grit, raising the bar, and striving for growth in all client interactions and internal collaborations.
- • Adhere to company policies regarding remote work: employees within 30 miles of Plano, TX, are required to be in-office Tuesday through Thursday each week.
- • Operate remotely from approved U.S. states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MI, MA, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, PA, OR, OH, RI, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven record of selling into employers of 15,000+ employees
- • History of building and executing complex, multithreaded deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- • Experience creating and leveraging sales playbooks to drive repeatability and scale
- • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level leaders and influence at multiple organizational levels
- • Demonstrated ability to bring rigor, process, and structure to enterprise sales
- • Proven success collaborating across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategy and execution
