- • Own and evolve the company’s integrated financial model to support driver-based planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-range planning.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue forecasting models across assigned product lines, partnering closely with Go-To-Market leaders to align assumptions and execution.
- • Support tracking and analysis of core SaaS metrics including ARR growth, net revenue retention (NRR), gross revenue retention (GRR), LTV/CAC, and burn efficiency, translating metrics into actionable insights.
- • Prepare clear and concise financial summaries and insights for business reviews and Board-level reporting.
- • Serve as a trusted finance partner to functional and operational leaders, owning annual operating plans and ongoing spend/forecast management.
- • Bring financial rigor to decision-making by helping leaders understand trade-offs, ROI, and financial implications of strategic initiatives.
- • Support corporate initiatives including fundraising, M&A, and other ad hoc strategic analyses as needed.
- • Collaborate weekly in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to enable team alignment, deeper collaboration, and faster decision-making.
- • Communicate complex financial analysis in a clear, confident manner to cross-functional partners without financial backgrounds.
- • Operate with a bias toward ownership and execution, working under minimal supervision to drive results.
- • Maintain a fundamentally curious mindset, relentlessly seeking to understand the "why" behind financial and operational outcomes.
- • Apply structured, data-driven thinking to evaluate business performance and guide strategic priorities.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience across investment banking and/or strategic or corporate finance
- • Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
- • Working knowledge of SaaS performance metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, LTV/CAC, burn efficiency)
- • Clear, confident communicator able to translate analysis into actionable insights for cross-functional partners
- • Structured, data-driven thinker with a bias to ownership and execution
- • Ability to work cross-functionally, operate under minimal supervision, and drive results
