- • As a Director of Strategic Marketing in a global role, you will be a vital enterprise-wide partner driving Arxada’s new product development and launch agenda across all business lines, translating breakthrough science into compelling market propositions and accelerating time-to-market for high-impact growth initiatives.
- • You will partner with NPD project teams to sharpen execution, expedite time-to-market, and increase the commercial value of priority projects; act as the commercial counterpart to Technology & Innovation, co-shaping the NPD pipeline from early opportunity framing through launch with commercial rigor at every stage-gate.
- • You will coach cross-functional teams on unmet-need definition, target segments, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market strategy; own and drive consistent application of Arxada’s enterprise commercialization framework, including launch readiness, sales force enablement, pricing playbooks, channel activation, and customer onboarding.
- • You will define, track, and improve NPD performance metrics across the portfolio, lead post-launch reviews, feed insights back into the innovation funnel, and champion marketing excellence best practices such as segmentation, portfolio storytelling, premium value pricing, and cost-in-use quantification across the organization.

- • You will have the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of 1–2 strategic projects, leading cross-functional teams from concept through commercial launch and early post-launch performance, building a strong track record of commercial wins and positioning yourself for future business leadership as Arxada invests in sustainable, high-value solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Chemistry; MBA preferred
- • Minimum 10+ years of experience in specialty chemicals, industrials, or a related B2B environment in strategic marketing, product management, or strategy consulting roles
- • Demonstrated success in new product introduction, with clear examples of products taken from concept through launch and scaled to deliver measurable revenue and margin impact
- • Proven experience partnering closely with Technology, R&D, and Innovation teams, contributing credibly to stage-gate decisions
- • Strong command of commercial excellence fundamentals, including segmentation, value proposition development, pricing, and channel strategy
- • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business lines, influencing without direct authority
