- • Work directly with the Founder to drive market entry strategies from early planning through hands-on execution across the United Kingdom.
- • Build and execute the company’s initial hiring plans by sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent across functions.
- • Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, coordinating investor conversations, and managing follow-through actions.
- • Help establish A1’s operational presence in the UK, including vendor onboarding, legal structures, and administrative systems.
- • Drive external positioning through support of PR initiatives, partnership development, and key relationship management.
- • Turn ambiguous, high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution without oversight.
- • Act as a central operator across teams by tracking priorities, identifying bottlenecks, and pushing progress on critical initiatives.
- • Handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed, sound judgment, and ownership.
- • Operate independently in ambiguous environments with minimal direction, making decisions based on incomplete information.
- • Maintain high reliability by consistently delivering on commitments and following through on all assigned tasks.
- • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners using clear, concise communication.
- • Contribute to building the company’s first operating systems and foundational processes.
- • Participate in a high-talent-density, fast-moving team that values collective decision-making, rapid iteration, and high-quality execution.
- • Engage in up to four interviews as part of the selection process, conducted virtually or onsite.
- • Align with the company’s mission to deliver a proactive AI smart assistant that brings practical intelligence to everyday workflows.
