  • • Own and deliver annual and quarterly revenue quotas through partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals in a channel sales model.
  • • Manage the full sales cycle for partner-driven opportunities, including pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing activities with assigned partners and new partner prospects.
  • • Maintain and grow a defined book of active partners, driving performance, forecast accuracy, and year-over-year revenue growth.
  • • Identify, recruit, and activate new strategic partners to expand Socure’s market reach into targeted industries and verticals.
  • • Build and execute joint go-to-market plans, co-sell motions, and coordinated campaigns with partners and internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations.
  • • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and provide weekly reporting on partner pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.
  • • Deliver partner enablement sessions to ensure readiness, equip partners with positioning tools, and align them with Socure’s product value proposition.
  • • Develop and launch co-marketing initiatives designed to generate measurable pipeline and demand from partner channels.
  • • Serve as the primary voice of the partner ecosystem to influence product strategy, go-to-market design, and enablement material development.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Operations to accelerate partner-driven opportunities and align on strategic priorities.
  • • Utilize partner relationship management (PRM) tools, attribution platforms, and co-sell tracking systems to manage partner performance and deal registration.
  • • Apply deep understanding of co-selling mechanics, deal registration processes, and partner pipeline management to optimize revenue outcomes.
  • • Engage with executive-level stakeholders at partner organizations to negotiate agreements, align incentives, and drive strategic partnerships.
  • • Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product and GTM teams to enhance solution fit and market adoption.
  • • Maintain a disciplined approach to forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure transparency and accountability across the partner ecosystem.
  • • Represent Socure in partner-facing events, industry forums, and joint customer engagements to strengthen brand presence and partnership credibility.
  • • Drive adoption of Socure’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions through a scalable, quota-carrying channel sales strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years in channel sales, alliances, or partner account management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or identity/fraud solutions
  • • Demonstrated success in carrying and exceeding revenue quotas through partner ecosystems
  • • Experience in recruiting, enabling, and managing high-performing partners
  • • Deep understanding of co-selling motions, deal registration, and partner pipeline management
  • • Proficiency in Salesforce and partner management tools (PRM, attribution, co-sell tracking)
  • • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
