- • Join CarepathRx & Verity Solutions as a Strategic Planning Advisor to help shape the future of healthcare innovation by partnering with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive high-impact initiatives.
- • Lead strategic planning projects, conduct research and analysis to evaluate market opportunities, and translate priorities into actionable plans while overseeing execution to achieve milestones.
- • Monitor project progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and prepare presentations for senior leadership with insights and recommendations.
- • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, drive synergies, and stay ahead of industry trends to inform strategic direction.
- • Work within Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, focused on creating pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality for millions.
- • Develop expertise in healthcare strategy, influence executive decision-making, and deliver measurable business results that create long-term value for the organization and clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
- • Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence decisions across a matrixed organization.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in quantitative analysis and modeling.
- • Exceptional communication skills with executive presence in written and verbal formats.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- • Experience within the health services sector.
