- • The Strategic Planning Lead Consultant helps shape and deliver enterprise priorities by bringing structure, focus, and momentum to complex, cross-functional work, partnering across business and technology teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and accelerate decision-making.
- • Day to day, the role involves translating enterprise priorities into clear plans and roadmaps, driving alignment across stakeholders, managing dependencies and risks, establishing governance and accountability mechanisms, synthesizing complex information into actionable narratives, leveraging AI to enhance productivity, and influencing senior leadership with outcome-focused insights.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 or more years of experience with strategic planning, product coordination or product management
- • Strong knowledge of digital programs at an enterprise level
- • Experience working within large, complex organizational environments
- • Strong proficiency with Agile tools, including Jira, Confluence, Digital.ai, or comparable technologies
- • Experience leveraging AI to drive productivity and optimize processes
- • Background or familiarity with the financial services and insurance industry (preferred)
