📋 Description
- • Strategic Rev Ops Lead at Siftstack Inc., a data infrastructure platform for hardware engineering teams founded by former SpaceX engineers, driving the connection between GTM tech stack and business outcomes as the first sales ops hire.
- • Day to day responsibilities include managing CRM and customizations in Salesforce, owning the sales tech stack, partnering with GTM Engineering on AI-driven solutions, collaborating with finance on revenue reporting, acting as chief of staff to the Head of Sales, and enabling marketing with sales enablement materials.
- • Sift builds data infrastructure for mission-critical systems like rockets, satellites, and autonomous vehicles, with a hybrid work model requiring in-person collaboration twice weekly in Marina Del Rey or San Francisco.
- • The role offers the opportunity to shape sales operations from the ground up, drive revenue predictability and efficiency, gain cross-functional leadership experience, and contribute to scaling a high-growth startup in the AI era for physical systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep familiarity with Salesforce as a platform, including data models, configuration, and integration patterns
- • Experience working with sales leadership to implement new initiatives across the GTM organization
- • Proficiency with designing data flows, reporting structures, and connecting operational data to business decisions
- • Ability to work closely with sales, marketing, finance, IT, and legal stakeholders and represent system decisions in business terms
