📋 Description

• • Join Vonage as a Strategic Solution Architect to drive technical leadership and consultative value generation for Network Powered Solutions (NWPS), ensuring complex customer solutions are value-driven, technically sound, commercially viable, repeatable, and scalable.
• • Day to day, you will act as the technical authority for overlay-led opportunities from qualification through close, lead customer discussions to understand challenges and define architectures, translate business requirements into executable solution designs, partner with Sales Overlay Leads to support solution-led selling and value articulation, participate in customer workshops and executive briefings, help frame technical capabilities into business outcomes and ROI narratives, define and maintain reference architectures and deployment blueprints, identify technical and integration risks early in the sales cycle, partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to validate feasibility and delivery readiness, and serve as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Operations while providing field feedback into product roadmap and enablement initiatives.
• • You will be part of Vonage, a global cloud communications leader empowering brands like Airbnb, Viber, WhatsApp, and Snapchat to accelerate digital transformation through programmable unified communications, contact center solutions, and communications APIs in the $10B+ communications API market.
