• • You will act as a trusted technical advisor and consultant to prospective and existing enterprise customers, deeply understanding their business challenges and technical landscapes. Your primary objective will be to architect and drive the integration of Decagon’s AI-native platform into complex customer ecosystems, ensuring maximum value realization and a seamless user experience.
• • A core responsibility will be to partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. You will be instrumental in discovering and qualifying opportunities, identifying how Decagon’s platform can deliver a strong, measurable return on investment for our clients. This involves understanding client needs at a granular level and translating them into compelling technical solutions.
• • You will be at the forefront of creating and architecting innovative generative AI experiences tailored for our customers' end-users. This requires a deep understanding of AI capabilities and a creative approach to problem-solving, ensuring that the solutions we propose are not only technically sound but also deliver exceptional user engagement and satisfaction.
• • A significant part of your role will involve developing and delivering custom demonstrations of the Decagon platform. These demonstrations will be meticulously tailored to address the specific needs, pain points, and strategic objectives of each individual customer, showcasing the platform's power and flexibility in a tangible way.
• • You will be expected to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision to a wide range of stakeholders. This includes engaging effectively with C-level decision-makers, understanding business user requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation.
