- • As a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Zillow Group, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies across key spend categories, leading competitive events, negotiations, and supplier governance initiatives that deliver measurable value, primarily supporting the People organization in HR technology, talent acquisition tools, benefits administration, learning platforms, and workforce management solutions.
- • You will manage sourcing initiatives across a $25M+ annual portfolio, drive negotiation planning, partner with Legal, Finance, FP&A, and business leaders—including People org stakeholders—to execute structured agreements, manage risk, and ensure policy compliance while optimizing supplier performance and identifying cost savings through spend analysis and market benchmarking.
- • You will partner with the Procurement and Finance Services team at Zillow, which collaborates with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic sourcing solutions that drive value, innovation, and operational excellence aligned with Zillow’s business goals and growth objectives.
- • You will gain experience leading high-impact sourcing events, building supplier relationships, supporting Supplier Business Reviews and scorecarding, contributing to M&A integration efforts, and providing sourcing roadmap updates to stakeholders—developing expertise in strategic procurement within a fast-paced, innovative real estate technology company recognized as a FORTUNE 100 Best Company to Work For.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience, ideally with ownership of People/HR, technology, marketing, or professional services categories
- • Demonstrated success leading RFx processes, negotiations, and structured contract agreements independently
- • Strong understanding of total cost of ownership and supplier risk management principles
- • Experience using sourcing and contract management platforms (e.g., ZIP, Ironclad, Ariba, or similar)
- • Strong analytical and process management mindset, with the ability to translate spend data into actionable insights
- • Executive-ready communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including VP-level business partners
