- • As a Strategic Technical Consultant for Clarity at Bloomreach, you will own the end-to-end technical strategy and implementation of Bloomreach’s AI shopping assistant, ensuring seamless deployment, optimal performance, and measurable business value for global customers across retail, financial services, hospitality, and gaming sectors.
- • You will lead technical onboarding, configure Clarity across Bloomreach Discovery and Engagement platforms, customize front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, troubleshoot integration issues, and guide customers in setting up analytics, A/B testing, and event instrumentation to drive optimization and ROI.
- • You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to shape the Clarity product roadmap by identifying friction points, translating customer needs into scalable technical solutions, and defining repeatable implementation patterns, templates, and best practices.
- • You will serve as an internal subject-matter expert on how Clarity leverages Bloomreach’s Discovery and Engagement capabilities, influencing technical outcomes and ensuring alignment between customer experience and product evolution.
- • In your first 30 days, you will master Clarity’s technical architecture and begin contributing to customer projects while identifying early opportunities for improvement; by 90 days, you will independently lead technical workstreams, resolve complex integration issues, and provide structured feedback to enhance the product; by 180 days, you will deliver multiple successful implementations, establish scalable technical patterns, and reduce onboarding friction; by 210 days, you will celebrate launched customer value and help solidify Clarity’s implementation playbook as a foundational asset for global scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BTech in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- • Hands-on experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- • Experience working with website behavior, personalization tools, search or recommendation systems, analytics instrumentation, or A/B testing
- • Background in technical consulting, implementation, solution engineering, or similar roles within SaaS, eCommerce, digital experience, or Martech
- • Ability to troubleshoot issues across both data and front-end layers
- • Bonus: Experience with search/discovery platforms, personalization tools, tagging/analytics systems, CDPs, or eCommerce platforms
