- • Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of no more than seven SMB clients in the SaaS industry.
- • Drive measurable revenue outcomes through integrated campaigns across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO channels using Directive’s DiscoverabilityOS™ methodology.
- • Serve as the primary client liaison, building trusted relationships with point-of-contact stakeholders through clear, empathetic, and confident communication.
- • Pitch and present data-driven marketing strategies to clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and exceeding performance expectations.
- • Project manage all client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and cross-functional coordination across internal teams.
- • Maintain deep technical expertise in performance marketing tactics specific to B2B SaaS, including audience targeting, conversion funnel optimization, and attribution modeling.
- • Actively monitor and adapt to evolving industry trends, particularly in AI and automation tools that enhance marketing efficiency and campaign performance.
- • Collaborate with internal teams in Performance, Communications, and Commerce divisions to leverage shared intelligence and maximize client impact.
- • Deliver consistent, high-impact results as an individual contributor with ownership over client success metrics and revenue growth.
- • Utilize digital collaboration tools including Zoom and Slack for daily communication, reporting, and team alignment in a fully remote environment.
- • Operate a personal laptop (PC or Mac) and required software platforms to manage campaigns, analyze data, and produce client deliverables.
- • Maintain reliable high-speed internet access and a professional remote work environment to ensure seamless client interactions and team collaboration.
- • Travel as required for client meetings, team retreats, or company events, including annual anniversary trips to Newport Beach, CA.
- • Stay ahead of competitive benchmarks and emerging best practices in SaaS demand generation to continuously elevate campaign performance.
- • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns are both innovative and grounded in performance data.
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of Directive’s demand generation offerings by sharing insights from client work and market observations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
- • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- • Deep expertise in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO within the SaaS marketplace
- • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results as an individual contributor
- • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering campaigns on time and under budget
- • Availability to travel for client and company events
