📋 Description

• As a Strategic Value & Process Optimisation Consultant (Value Engineer) at Celonis, you will spearhead data-driven business transformation by partnering with sales teams to define account strategies, translate business needs into AI and process-mining use cases, and deliver measurable ROI for customers across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• You will own the end-to-end value journey—from identifying and framing value through Proof-of-Value projects, to executing and delivering impact via SaaS, Python, or generative AI solutions, and finally scaling value by driving account growth, adoption, renewals, and C-level alignment.
• You will join Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence and pioneer of Process Mining technology, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company headquartered in Munich and New York with over 20 offices worldwide, dedicated to unlocking global productivity and sustainability through AI-powered process intelligence.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-driven process optimization, stakeholder management at the executive level, and end-to-end value realization, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who transforms business operations using the Celonis Platform while advancing your career in one of the world’s most innovative tech companies.

🎯 Requirements

• +4 years of experience leading technical pre-sales, delivery projects, defining AI roadmaps, building ROI/TCO business cases, and prototyping machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Domain/industry expertise in Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, or related sectors, with ability to translate business needs into AI and process-mining use cases.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch), data engineering tools, and SQL as a must.
• Experience with business software/SaaS (e.g., SAP, Oracle), RPA, BI tools, and dashboard development.
• Strong project and executive stakeholder management skills, including planning scopes, timelines, and communicating roadmaps and results to C-level audiences.
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
