- • Serve as the day-to-day strategic owner for client accounts, supporting senior strategists and strategy directors in executing the account vision.
- • Collaborate with junior strategists (PCS) to identify cultural trends, consumer insights, and digital signals, translating them into actionable creative briefs.
- • Develop and deliver comprehensive strategic documents, including campaign briefs, platform strategies, and performance recommendations.
- • Partner closely with creative and media teams to ensure strategic insights are effectively translated into impactful, culturally relevant content.
- • Design and implement digital and social media publishing strategies that leverage platform-specific opportunities and audience behaviors.
- • Present strategic recommendations and campaign plans directly to clients, ensuring alignment and buy-in across stakeholder levels.
- • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to guide future strategic improvements and optimize outcomes.
- • Drive continuous strategic innovation by testing hypotheses, challenging industry norms, and applying entrepreneurial thinking to client challenges.
- • Act as a bridge between client objectives and creative execution, ensuring work not only captures attention but also drives measurable business change.
- • Stay deeply engaged with social media, technology, and popular culture, using personal and professional experience to inform strategic thinking.
- • Work independently to develop strategies, briefs, and reports while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- • Contribute to a startup-like agency environment that prioritizes experimentation, curiosity, and breaking traditional advertising conventions.
- • Support the growth of junior team members through mentorship and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-energy creative agency.
- • Contribute to the development of multi-brand strategies across EMEA markets, serving some of the world’s largest brands with culturally intelligent campaigns.
- • Translate complex market dynamics into clear, compelling narratives that guide creative development and media planning.
- • Maintain a strong understanding of brand marketing strategy and the role of social content in shaping broader consumer engagement and action.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years experience working in a strategic marketing role (creative agency, media agency, or client-side marketing team)
- • Proven ability to independently develop strategies, briefs, and performance reports
- • Experience collaborating with creative, media, and client teams to execute integrated campaigns
- • Passion for social media, technology, and popular culture, with demonstrated experience managing personal or professional social channels
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
- • Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to drive strategic improvements
