• • As a Strategist (Operational) at Kyra Technologies Inc., you will lead the development of platform-native campaign strategies that combine creative storytelling with measurable brand impact for two large enterprise accounts in the beauty and influencer marketing space.
• • You will own the end-to-end strategic direction from pitch through post-campaign, including audience profiling, creator casting, content formats, messaging, and performance KPIs, while collaborating with Client Solutions, Campaign Management, Paid Media, and Business Development teams.
• • Kyra is a profitable, founder-led business with ten years in the influencer marketing industry, now entering a growth phase with an AI-native, subscription-based technology platform built on proprietary data and deep category expertise, serving global brands like H&M, SharkNinja, and Coty.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in data-driven storytelling, trend forecasting within the beauty category, and cross-functional campaign execution, while building client relationships and influencing strategic direction through insights and creative vision.
