📋 Description

• As Strategy & Integrations Director at Optro Inc., you will report directly to the Chief Customer Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Customer organization’s strategic roadmap, including leading post-acquisition integration and driving company-wide initiatives.
• You will partner with department leadership to define and execute the Customer organization’s mission, vision, and long-term goals, while owning the post-acquisition lifecycle to unify new teams and offerings into the existing framework from Day 0 through full integration.
• You will act as the primary liaison for company-wide strategic initiatives, establishing KPIs for accountability, and directly support the CCO in preparing for Board of Directors meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• You will design and manage internal engagement strategies, including offsite planning and feedback loops, collaborate with FP&A on budgets and forecasting, identify and resolve cross-functional friction points, and transform strategic decisions into actionable roadmaps for M&A transitions and efficiency programs.

• Proven track record of integrating acquired companies without disrupting the existing customer experience
• Ability to pivot between defining high-level vision and executing granular programmatic tasks
• Comfort operating as a peer to senior leadership and influencing executive-level decision-making
• Deep understanding of metrics, including forecasting and setting departmental KPIs
• Excellence in aligning diverse teams through clear messaging and structured engagement strategies
