📋 Description

• The Strategy Lead – UK works closely with senior leadership to define, structure, and drive BJAK’s most critical strategic initiatives in the UK market, sitting between strategy and execution to ensure priorities are clear, initiatives are well-structured, and execution stays aligned with business objectives.
• The role involves partnering with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, OKRs, and high-impact initiatives, translating them into clear execution plans, and driving end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders, structuring workstreams, and tracking delivery against outcomes.
• Bjak Sdn. Bhd. builds superior application platforms globally with a mission to create successful businesses while contributing positively to society by making it more efficient; the company developed the first and leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, serving over 8 million users, and is expanding into new AI-integrated applications with a flat, hands-on, talent-dense culture focused on engineering and product excellence.
• The person in this role will learn to think like a founder, work across functions, take ownership of high-impact initiatives end to end, and gain broad exposure across markets, functions, and growth challenges while shaping strategy in a fast-growing tech platform with real business visibility.

• Strong background in strategy, business operations, consulting, or high-growth environments
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to delivery
• Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working closely with senior leadership and influencing without formal authority
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn strategy into execution
• Clear communication and sound judgment in fast-moving environments
